Xin Zhiping Former Residence

Xin Zhiping was the first principal of Hsinchu Senior High School after Taiwan was independent from Japan. In 1945, he came to Taiwan and was assigned as the principal of the Hsinchu Senior High School, and lived here until he passed away in 1985. He had been principal for 30 years. He was a very economy-oriented person  and also a principal who put the emphasis on the whole person education.By the way, his dwelling-place is a city-level historic site now.
